§ 1 Scope of Application;
Contract Language These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all agreements made between you and us, Fatifit, a company based in Belgium, through our online shop.

The language of the contract shall be English. Any translations of these terms into other languages are provided for convenience only. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

§ 2 Applicable Law;
Mandatory Consumer Protection Regulations Belgian law governs these terms and conditions, without reference to the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, if:
 You reside in Belgium, or
 You reside in a country outside the European Union.
 If you reside in an EU Member State, Belgian law also applies, with mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country of residence remaining unaffected.

§ 3 Formation of the Agreement;
The display of products and services in our online shop is an invitation to order, not a legally binding offer.
By clicking the "Purchase" button, you make a binding offer to buy the items listed in your order summary. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your offer. The contract is only formed when we send a separate email accepting your order or when the goods are dispatched.

§ 4 Order Process and Correction of Input Errors;
During the order process, you can place items into your shopping cart and adjust the quantities or remove items as needed. After clicking "Continue," you can enter your personal details and choose shipping and payment options. On the final summary page, you can review and correct any errors before completing your purchase by clicking the "Purchase" button. If you wish to cancel the order process, simply close your browser window.

§ 5 Storage of the Contract Text;
The contract text, including details of your order, these General Terms and Conditions, and our cancellation policy, will be sent to you via email upon acceptance of your order. We do not store the contract text.

§ 6 Registration with Our Online Shop;
Processing of Personal Data
You can place orders as a guest or as a registered user. Registered users do not need to enter personal data for each order; simply log in with your email address and password. Registration does not obligate you to purchase anything.

§ 7 Payment Terms;
The purchase price is due immediately upon order placement.
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal and Stripe.

§ 8 Retention of Title;
The merchandise remains our property until full payment is received.

§ 9 Terms of Delivery;
Customs Duties We ship products according to the terms agreed upon during the order process. Shipping costs are specified in the product description and separately listed on the invoice.
 
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing and delivery times may be longer.

For shipments to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may apply. These are not paid or invoiced by us but must be settled by you with the relevant authorities.

§ 10 Right of Withdrawal;
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract under the conditions set out in our cancellation policy. A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not primarily attributable to their commercial or self-employed activities. Below is a summary of the cancellation policy:
 
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive your goods.
Notification: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
